About Sissa Rituals
I created Sissa Rituals to make menstrual wellness feel less confusing.
After years of painful periods, unanswered questions, and eventually an endometriosis diagnosis, I began learning how everyday choices could support my wellbeing alongside medical care. Now I help you understand your body and create gentle rituals that fit real life.

Healing naturally, without being extreme.

My story
For years, I thought painful periods were simply something I had to accept.
As a teenager, I experienced intense cramps and other symptoms that were spoken about so casually that I assumed they were just part of having a period. When I started looking for answers in my early twenties, I often heard that “it happens” or that the birth control pill was the only next step.
I wanted to understand more. I began paying closer attention to what I could influence in my everyday life: the food I ate, the way I moved, my sleep, stress, and alcohol. These changes were not a miracle cure and they did not replace medical care, but they helped me feel more informed, more connected to my body, and more involved in my own wellbeing.
I was later diagnosed with endometriosis. That experience deepened my belief that menstrual symptoms deserve curiosity, care, and proper medical attention—not dismissal. Sissa Rituals grew from that belief and from my desire to share a balanced approach that feels supportive rather than restrictive.
My goal is not to tell you to live perfectly. It is to help you understand what supports your body.
Why Sissa Rituals exists
Your symptoms deserve to be heard, explored, and supported.
I believe menstrual wellbeing can be approached with more empathy and more choice. My work helps you build cycle awareness and practical self-care while recognising the essential role of qualified healthcare professionals.
Nourish
I explore realistic ways to use whole foods, supportive ingredients, and herbal rituals as part of everyday wellbeing.
Move
I encourage gentle, adaptable movement—including yoga—to help you connect with your body rather than push against it.
Understand
I make menstrual health information easier to understand so you can notice patterns and ask better questions about your care.
Empower
I give you practical tools and encouragement so your choices can feel informed, personal, and sustainable.
What I believe
Natural does not mean anti-medical. Holistic does not mean extreme.
I believe there is space for nourishment, movement, rest, cycle awareness, and medical care to work together. You should never feel pressured into a one-size-fits-all solution—or blamed when your body needs more support.
My approach is grounded in empathy, education, and small changes that can live alongside the things you enjoy.
My approach
Support that begins with listening.
I do not offer rigid rules or promise quick fixes. I begin with your experience, your routines, and what feels realistic for you.
Listen to your experience
I create space for your symptoms, questions, lifestyle, and goals without judgement.
Learn your patterns
I help you notice connections across your cycle, food, movement, rest, and daily habits.
Create practical rituals
Together, we shape gentle actions that feel manageable, supportive, and personal to you.

The values behind my work
Care should feel responsible, human, and empowering.
Empathy
Your story is personal. I listen without judgement and never assume that one experience represents everyone.
Integrity
I communicate responsibly, avoid miracle claims, and remain clear about the limits of coaching and educational content.
Balance
I value harmony between body and mind, natural support and science, intention and enjoyment.
Empowerment
I want you to leave with clearer information, useful tools, and more confidence in the questions you ask.
Community
Honest conversations reduce shame. I believe learning and healing can feel stronger when they are shared.
About my work
A few questions you may have.
Here is what my approach means—and what it does not mean.
What is Sissa Rituals?
Sissa Rituals is a menstrual wellness and holistic health coaching brand. I share practical education and personalised support around cycle awareness, nutrition, movement, rest, and everyday self-care.
Is Sissa Rituals only for people with endometriosis?
No. Although I support women with endometriosis and it’s a part of my personal story, I also guide women with PMS symptoms and menstrual cramps.
Does holistic menstrual health coaching replace medical care?
No. My coaching and educational content are designed to complement appropriate medical care. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Will I need to follow a restrictive lifestyle?
No. I focus on realistic, sustainable changes rather than perfection or unnecessary restriction. The aim is to find supportive rituals that work with your lifestyle and priorities.
