Manager menstrual health training
Menstrual health training for managers who want to respond with confidence and clarity.
Role-specific menstrual health training helps managers understand common workplace experiences, communicate without assumptions, and know how to support conversations while respecting privacy and professional boundaries.
- Role-specific education
- Tailored to your organisation
- Practical, shame-free learning

Managers do not need to be health experts to create safer conversations.
Confidence without overstepping
Managers are often expected to respond well to conversations they were never trained to have.
A supportive response can start with listening, respectful language and knowing where the manager role begins and ends.
The training gives managers practical context around menstruation, recurring symptoms, stigma, privacy, attendance conversations and the reasons an employee may choose not to disclose personal health information.
It does not turn managers into clinicians or HR advisers. The aim is to improve understanding, communication and signposting while leaving medical, legal, occupational-health and formal HR decisions to the appropriate professionals.
Built for real management situations
Managers need language and confidence, not a script that treats every person the same.
The session focuses on practical situations that can feel awkward, sensitive or easy to mishandle.

Responsible education
Manager training supports better conversations. It does not replace HR, legal or clinical expertise.
The session provides education and communication guidance. It does not diagnose health conditions, advise on individual treatment, interpret employment law, determine reasonable adjustments or replace occupational-health or HR processes.
Organisations remain responsible for their policies, legal obligations, safeguarding, employee relations and clinical referral pathways. Content can be aligned with those systems but does not replace them.
