Endometriosis support coaching

Endometriosis support coaching for menstrual wellbeing alongside medical care.

Living with endometriosis can affect far more than your period. 1:1 coaching offers a dedicated space to explore everyday routines, cycle awareness, energy, nourishment, movement, rest, and self-advocacy without replacing medical treatment.

  • Private online support
  • Personalised guidance
  • Education, not diagnosis
A calm one-to-one wellbeing conversation

Support can complement care without competing with it.

Support around the whole experience

Endometriosis can shape routines, energy, relationships, work, movement, and how safe you feel in your body.

Medical care matters. So does having practical support for the parts of daily life that happen between appointments.

Coaching gives you space to reflect on what you are experiencing, identify patterns, and explore gentle lifestyle changes that fit around your treatment plan and the advice of your healthcare team.

I do not diagnose endometriosis, recommend stopping medication, alter treatment, or claim that lifestyle changes can cure the condition. The work stays within education, cycle awareness, and non-clinical lifestyle support.

Where coaching can fit

You already have enough to manage. Support should make things clearer, not add another rulebook.

We focus on the parts of your everyday experience where reflection, planning, and practical support may be useful.

Your energy is unpredictable

You want routines that can flex when pain, fatigue, appointments, or recovery change what is realistic.

Movement needs more nuance

You want to explore gentle movement, yoga, or rest without treating exercise as a test of willpower.

Food advice feels extreme

You want a more balanced conversation about nourishment without promises of curing endometriosis through diet.

You are tracking a lot

You want to turn symptoms and cycle observations into information that is actually useful to you and your care team.

Appointments feel overwhelming

You want to organise questions, concerns, and observations so you can advocate for yourself more confidently.

You want support between appointments

You want a non-clinical space to think through routines, priorities, and what feels manageable right now.

What we can explore

Focus on daily-life support while your healthcare team manages diagnosis and treatment.

The exact conversation depends on your priorities, current care, and how endometriosis is affecting your life.

  • Cycle and symptom observations you want to organise or communicate more clearly
  • Energy management, pacing, rest, and adapting routines during more difficult days
  • Gentle movement and yoga choices that respect your current comfort and medical guidance
  • General nourishment habits without restrictive protocols or claims of treating endometriosis
  • Sleep, stress, workload, and the practical realities of living around symptoms and appointments
  • Self-advocacy and questions you may want to take back to your doctor or specialist team

How 1:1 coaching works

A focused conversation, followed by realistic next steps.

The process stays simple, collaborative, and centred on what is useful for you.

Before the session

Tell me what you are noticing

You complete a short intake form so I can understand your main concerns, current routines, and what you would like to gain from our conversation.

During the session

Explore your patterns together

We meet online for a focused conversation about your cycle, lifestyle, questions, and the areas where you would like more support.

After the session

Leave with practical next steps

You receive clear actions shaped around your priorities, with ideas you can introduce gradually rather than changing everything at once.

Responsible support

Coaching can support your wellbeing. It does not replace healthcare.

Endometriosis is a medical condition. Diagnosis, medication, surgery, fertility care, pain management, pelvic health treatment, and other clinical decisions belong with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

My role is limited to education, cycle awareness, lifestyle reflection, and practical non-clinical support alongside your existing or recommended care. New, severe, worsening, or urgent symptoms should be assessed medically.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Endometriosis Support Coaching

Does endometriosis support coaching treat endometriosis?

No. Coaching does not treat or cure endometriosis. It provides non-clinical education, cycle awareness, and lifestyle support alongside appropriate medical care.

Do I need a confirmed endometriosis diagnosis to book?

No, but coaching cannot diagnose endometriosis. If you suspect endometriosis or have persistent symptoms, medical assessment remains important.

Can coaching replace my gynaecologist or specialist?

No. Coaching does not replace a doctor, gynaecologist, specialist nurse, pelvic health physiotherapist, dietitian, therapist, or other healthcare professional involved in your care.

Will you recommend an endometriosis diet?

No therapeutic or restrictive endometriosis diet is prescribed. We can discuss general nourishment and everyday food routines, while clinical nutrition needs should be managed by an appropriately qualified professional.

Can we talk about fatigue, movement and daily routines?

Yes. Those are appropriate coaching topics when approached as lifestyle support and adapted to your current medical guidance and capacity.

Are endometriosis support sessions online?

Yes. Sessions are private and take place online.
