Period pain coaching
Period pain coaching that starts with understanding your real experience.
If period pain is disrupting your routine, 1:1 coaching gives you space to understand your patterns and explore supportive habits around movement, nourishment, rest, stress, and cycle awareness.
- Private online support
- Personalised guidance
- Education, not diagnosis

Your pain deserves to be taken seriously.
More than pushing through
Painful periods can affect far more than the days you bleed.
Cramps can influence sleep, movement, work, social plans, energy, and the way you feel about your cycle.
Coaching does not diagnose the cause of pain or promise to remove it. It helps you observe what is happening around your cycle, make sense of the information you are receiving, and identify realistic ways to support yourself day to day.
Persistent, severe, unusual, or worsening pain should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional. Your coaching plan can sit alongside that care rather than compete with it.
Does this sound familiar?
You want more support than “just take painkillers and carry on.”
We begin with your lived experience and the patterns you have noticed, even if you do not yet have all the answers.
Pain changes your plans
Your period regularly affects work, exercise, sleep, social plans, or your ability to concentrate.
You are unsure what is normal
You want clearer language for what you experience and more confidence knowing when to seek medical advice.
Your routine feels inconsistent
You want supportive habits that still work on busy, stressful, or low-energy days.
Movement feels complicated
You want to explore gentle movement, rest, or yoga without forcing your body through discomfort.
Food advice feels overwhelming
You want realistic nourishment ideas without restrictive rules, perfectionism, or fear around food.
You want to advocate for yourself
You want to track useful information and communicate your symptoms and questions more clearly in healthcare appointments.

What we can explore
Build a clearer picture of what surrounds your pain.
Depending on your priorities, a session may look at the everyday context around your symptoms rather than treating pain as an isolated event.
- Your cycle history, pain pattern, timing, and the symptoms you notice alongside it
- Gentle movement, yoga, rest, heat, and other non-medical comfort rituals that feel supportive to you
- Everyday nutrition habits and ways to make meals feel more nourishing and manageable
- Sleep, stress, workload, and how your routine changes before and during your period
- Cycle tracking that helps you spot patterns without becoming obsessive
- Questions and observations you may want to take to a qualified healthcare professional
How 1:1 coaching works
A focused conversation, followed by realistic next steps.
The process stays simple, collaborative, and centred on what is useful for you.
Before the session
Tell me what you are noticing
You complete a short intake form so I can understand your main concerns, current routines, and what you would like to gain from our conversation.
During the session
Explore your patterns together
We meet online for a focused conversation about your cycle, lifestyle, questions, and the areas where you would like more support.
After the session
Leave with practical next steps
You receive clear actions shaped around your priorities, with ideas you can introduce gradually rather than changing everything at once.

Responsible support
Coaching can support your wellbeing. It does not replace healthcare.
Period pain can have many causes. I provide menstrual health education, cycle awareness, and lifestyle coaching; I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace a doctor, gynaecologist, physiotherapist, dietitian, or other regulated healthcare professional.
If pain is severe, new, worsening, associated with fainting, very heavy bleeding, fever, pregnancy concerns, or anything that feels urgent, seek appropriate medical care rather than waiting for a coaching session.

Questions about Period Pain Coaching
Can period pain coaching diagnose why my periods hurt?
No. Coaching does not diagnose the cause of period pain. It can help you understand your cycle patterns, explore supportive everyday habits, and organise useful observations to discuss with a qualified healthcare professional.
Should I see a doctor for painful periods?
Persistent, severe, unusual, or worsening pain should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional. Coaching is designed to complement appropriate medical care, not replace it.
What can we explore in a period pain coaching session?
Depending on your needs, we may look at cycle tracking, movement, rest, stress, sleep, nourishment, comfort rituals, and the questions you want to take into healthcare appointments.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. You can book without a diagnosis. We start with what you are currently experiencing while keeping clear boundaries around symptoms that need medical assessment.
Will you tell me to stop medication or treatment?
No. I do not change prescribed treatment or advise you to stop medication. Any medication or treatment decisions should be discussed with the clinician responsible for your care.
Are period pain coaching sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are private and take place online.
