Supportive nutrition should still feel like real life.
Food without fear
Menstrual wellbeing does not require a perfect diet.
Online wellness advice can make food feel like a long list of ingredients to add, remove, fear, or optimise.
My coaching approach is different. We look at your actual meals, schedule, appetite, energy, culture, preferences, and the parts of your cycle that feel most relevant to you.
This is general lifestyle coaching, not medical nutrition therapy. If you need treatment for a deficiency, gastrointestinal condition, eating disorder, allergy, metabolic condition, pregnancy, or another clinical nutrition concern, you should work with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
A more realistic approach
You want your food choices to feel supportive, not controlled by wellness rules.
We focus on practical habits and context rather than labelling individual foods as good, bad, hormonal, or healing.
Meals feel inconsistent
Busy days, low energy, or changing appetite make regular meals difficult and you want simpler options.
You notice appetite changes
Hunger or cravings shift across your cycle and you want to respond without guilt or over-correcting.
Advice feels restrictive
You are tired of long elimination lists and want a more balanced, sustainable way to think about food.
Energy matters to you
You want to consider how meals, hydration, sleep, and your routine interact with the way you feel day to day.
You want practical ideas
You need realistic meal-building and preparation ideas that fit your time, budget, tastes, and culture.
You need clearer boundaries
You want to know when general coaching is appropriate and when a dietitian or another healthcare professional is the better next step.

What we can explore
Make nourishment easier to apply in the life you actually live.
A session can help you step away from perfectionism and identify a few practical areas worth supporting first.
- Meal rhythm, hunger, appetite changes, and whether you are regularly going long periods without eating
- Practical ways to build satisfying meals using foods that are accessible and familiar to you
- Hydration and everyday routines that can become inconsistent during busy or low-energy periods
- How your food routine interacts with sleep, stress, movement, work, and changing cycle experiences
- Reducing unnecessary restriction and separating general wellbeing habits from medical nutrition claims
- When symptoms or nutrition concerns are outside coaching scope and deserve assessment by a clinician or registered dietitian
How 1:1 coaching works
A focused conversation, followed by realistic next steps.

During the session
Explore your patterns together
We meet online for a focused conversation about your cycle, lifestyle, questions, and the areas where you would like more support.
After the session

Responsible support
Coaching can support your wellbeing. It does not replace healthcare.
I provide general education and lifestyle coaching around everyday nourishment. I do not diagnose nutritional deficiencies, prescribe therapeutic diets or supplements, treat eating disorders, or provide medical nutrition therapy.
Clinical symptoms, significant dietary restriction, suspected deficiency, pregnancy-specific needs, eating disorder concerns, allergies, gastrointestinal disease, or other medical nutrition needs should be addressed with an appropriately qualified clinician or registered dietitian.

Questions about Nutrition Support for Menstrual Health
Is this the same as seeing a dietitian?
No. This is general lifestyle coaching around everyday nourishment and menstrual wellbeing. A registered dietitian or other qualified clinician is the appropriate professional for medical nutrition therapy, diagnosis, and therapeutic diets.
Will I be given a strict meal plan?
No. The approach focuses on practical habits and realistic meal ideas rather than rigid meal plans, calorie targets, or restrictive protocols.
Can nutrition coaching treat period pain or PMS?
No. I do not claim that food treats or cures period pain, PMS, endometriosis, or another medical condition. We can explore general nourishment as one part of your wider wellbeing routine.
Can we discuss cravings and appetite changes?
Yes. We can look at how appetite changes fit into your cycle and daily routine without labelling hunger or cravings as a failure.
Can you recommend supplements?
I do not prescribe supplements as treatment. Supplement use can involve dose, interaction, deficiency, pregnancy, and medical considerations that are best discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Are nutrition and menstrual wellbeing sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are private and take place online.
