Welcome to Sissa Rituals.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the website www.sissarituals.com, as well as any services, coaching sessions, appointments, digital resources or other content offered through the website.

By accessing the website, booking a session or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Sissa Rituals

The website and services are operated by:

Business name: Sissa Rituals
Legal name: [TO COMPLETE – FULL LEGAL NAME]
Legal status: [TO COMPLETE – SOLE TRADER, ENTREPRENEUR INDIVIDUEL, COMPANY, ETC.]
Registered address: [TO COMPLETE]
Registration number: [TO COMPLETE – SIREN, SIRET, RCS OR EQUIVALENT]
VAT number: [TO COMPLETE, IF APPLICABLE]
Email: [TO COMPLETE]
Telephone: [TO COMPLETE, IF APPLICABLE]

In these Terms, “Sissa Rituals”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the person or legal entity operating the website.

2. Purpose of the website

Sissa Rituals provides educational content and holistic wellness services relating to menstrual wellbeing, lifestyle, nutrition, movement, cycle awareness and self-care.

Our services may include:

  • Free discovery calls;
  • One-to-one coaching sessions;
  • Educational workshops or webinars;
  • Downloadable guides, e-books or other digital resources;
  • Blog articles and educational content;
  • Other wellness-related services described on the website.

The exact content, duration, format and price of each service will be specified on the relevant booking or sales page.

3. Important health and medical information

Sissa Rituals provides educational and holistic wellness coaching. Our services are not medical services and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care.

Sissa Rituals does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or guarantee that a particular symptom or condition will improve.

You remain responsible for your own health decisions. You should consult a qualified doctor or other licensed healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, supplements, medication or healthcare routine.

You should seek prompt medical attention if you experience severe pain, unusual bleeding, fainting, pregnancy-related concerns, rapidly worsening symptoms or any other urgent health issue.

Please also read our separate Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book or purchase a service independently.

Anyone under the age of 18 may only use a paid coaching service with the prior consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into the agreement.

5. Booking a session

Appointments are subject to availability.

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation by email or through the appointment platform.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and booking information;
  • Checking the date, time and time zone of your appointment;
  • Ensuring that you have a stable internet connection and suitable equipment for online sessions;
  • Joining the session on time;
  • Providing information that is accurate and relevant to the coaching relationship.

Sissa Rituals may decline or cancel a booking where the requested service falls outside our professional scope, creates a conflict of interest or would be inappropriate for the client’s needs.

6. Free discovery calls

A free discovery call is intended to help both parties determine whether Sissa Rituals’ coaching services are suitable for you.

A discovery call:

  • Is not a complete coaching session;
  • Does not create an ongoing coaching relationship;
  • Does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment;
  • Does not guarantee that a coaching package or service will be offered.

We may limit the number of free discovery calls available to the same person.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant service or booking page before you confirm your purchase.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Prices are shown in [TO COMPLETE – EUR, GBP, USD OR OTHER CURRENCY];
  • Applicable taxes will be included or identified before payment;
  • Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout;
  • Your booking may not be confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. Sissa Rituals does not directly store complete payment card details.

If a pricing or technical error is identified before a service is provided, we will contact you and allow you to confirm the correct price or cancel the booking for a full refund.

8. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation by the client

Unless a different policy is displayed when booking, you may cancel or reschedule an individual session by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Where at least 24 hours’ notice is provided, you may:

  • Reschedule the session once, subject to availability; or
  • Request a refund where the session has not yet taken place.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed appointments may be non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may make a reasonable exception in the event of a genuine emergency, at our discretion.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time. A delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment.

Cancellation by Sissa Rituals

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer:

  • A replacement appointment; or
  • A refund for the affected session.

Sissa Rituals will not be responsible for additional expenses resulting from a cancellation, except where required by law.

9. Coaching packages

Where you purchase a package containing several sessions:

  • The number and duration of sessions will be displayed before purchase;
  • The package must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase;
  • Sessions that are not booked before the end of the validity period may expire;
  • Packages may not be transferred to another person without our written approval;
  • Any refund will take into account sessions or resources already provided.

Any additional package-specific conditions displayed before purchase form part of these Terms.

10. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts

Where applicable consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must send us a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms.

Services beginning during the withdrawal period

If you ask for a coaching session or service to begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you expressly request early performance of the service.

If the service is fully performed during that period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered, where permitted by law.

If you withdraw after performance has begun but before the service has been completed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the services already provided.

Digital content

Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked to:

  1. Give your express consent for immediate access; and
  2. Acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once access or downloading begins.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Client responsibilities

Coaching is a collaborative process. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, wellbeing and results.

You agree to:

  • Participate honestly and respectfully;
  • Communicate any relevant limitations or concerns;
  • Avoid providing information that you do not have the right to share;
  • Seek appropriate medical, psychological, nutritional or other professional support when necessary;
  • Inform us if you are not comfortable continuing with a particular discussion or activity.

Results depend on many personal factors. Sissa Rituals does not guarantee any specific physical, emotional, professional or financial result.

12. Professional boundaries

Sissa Rituals may recommend that you consult a doctor, registered dietitian, therapist, physiotherapist or another licensed professional when your needs fall outside the scope of coaching.

We may pause or end a coaching relationship where:

  • The service is no longer appropriate;
  • A medical or psychological issue requires specialist care;
  • There is abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour;
  • Payments remain outstanding;
  • The coaching relationship is no longer constructive or safe.

Where appropriate, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded, subject to services already provided and applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through Sissa Rituals—including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, exercises, worksheets, guides, downloads, course materials and coaching resources—is owned by or licensed to Sissa Rituals.

Content is provided for your personal and non-commercial use.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce or republish our content;
  • Sell, license or commercially exploit it;
  • Share paid resources publicly or with third parties;
  • Modify the content and present it as your own;
  • Use our branding, name or logo in a misleading manner;
  • Record a private coaching session.

Short quotations may be used where legally permitted and where Sissa Rituals is appropriately credited.

14. Testimonials and reviews

We may invite clients to provide feedback or testimonials.

We will only publish personally identifying testimonials, photographs or sensitive details with your permission. Where possible, testimonials may be anonymised or published using a first name or initials.

Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will obtain the same result.

You may withdraw permission for future publication by contacting us. This will not necessarily affect materials that were lawfully distributed before your request was received.

15. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law;
  • Harass, threaten or impersonate another person;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website;
  • Introduce viruses, malware or harmful code;
  • Scrape, extract or reproduce website content systematically;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Send unsolicited advertising or spam;
  • Use the service for fraudulent or misleading purposes.

We may restrict access where these rules are breached.

16. Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to external websites or use third-party services for booking, video calls, email delivery, payments, analytics or other functions.

These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Sissa Rituals is not responsible for the content, availability or data practices of third-party websites outside our control.

A link does not necessarily represent an endorsement.

17. Website availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may temporarily suspend, modify or remove part of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

Educational content may be updated as knowledge, professional guidance and available information evolve.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sissa Rituals will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the website or services.

Sissa Rituals is not responsible for:

  • Decisions made without consulting an appropriate healthcare professional;
  • A client’s failure to disclose relevant information;
  • Technical problems caused by the client’s equipment or internet connection;
  • Third-party websites or services;
  • Outcomes that depend on individual circumstances or actions;
  • Loss resulting from use of content outside its intended educational purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or any mandatory consumer protection right.

19. Force majeure

Neither party will be liable for a delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond their control, such as serious illness, natural disasters, widespread internet outages, government measures, strikes, conflict or failure of essential third-party services.

The affected party should notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible.

20. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Where coaching involves menstrual history, symptoms or other health-related information, we will only collect information that is relevant and necessary. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent before processing this information.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before beginning legal proceedings.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable law.
