PMS coaching
PMS coaching to understand your premenstrual patterns with more clarity.
1:1 PMS coaching helps you notice how mood, energy, appetite, sleep, stress, and routines may shift before your period, then turn those observations into realistic support.
- Private online support
- Personalised guidance
- Education, not diagnosis

Patterns become easier to support when you can see them.
Your premenstrual phase matters
PMS can feel different from one cycle to the next.
You may notice changes in mood, appetite, sleep, energy, motivation, bloating, or the way stress feels in the days before your period.
Instead of chasing a perfect routine, coaching helps you identify recurring patterns and decide which small changes are worth testing in your real life.
Significant mood changes, symptoms that severely affect daily life, or concerns about PMDD or another medical condition should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Does this sound familiar?
Your premenstrual days feel predictable in some ways and confusing in others.
The goal is not to force every phase of your cycle to feel the same. It is to understand what changes and respond with more intention.
Your energy drops
You regularly feel more tired, flat, or less motivated before your period and want a more flexible routine.
Your mood feels different
You notice irritability, sensitivity, overwhelm, or other emotional changes that seem to follow a cycle pattern.
Your appetite shifts
Hunger, cravings, digestion, or meal patterns change and you want a less judgemental way to respond.
Sleep becomes harder
Your sleep quality or bedtime routine changes in the days before your period.
Stress feels amplified
The same workload feels more difficult at certain points in your cycle and you want to plan with that in mind.
You want useful tracking
You want to recognise trends without turning your cycle into another thing to manage perfectly.

What we can explore
Use your cycle observations to make everyday choices feel more intentional.
We can look at the factors that shape how your premenstrual phase feels and decide what is realistic to adjust.
- Cycle tracking and how to identify recurring premenstrual patterns over time
- Energy, workload, boundaries, and planning for days that feel more demanding
- Appetite, nourishment, hydration, and reducing guilt around normal changes in hunger
- Sleep routines and small adjustments that may make rest easier to prioritise
- Movement and choosing intensity according to how you feel rather than following rigid rules
- When symptoms are significant enough to bring to a qualified healthcare professional

Responsible support
Coaching can support your wellbeing. It does not replace healthcare.
I provide menstrual health education, cycle awareness, and lifestyle coaching. I do not diagnose PMS, PMDD, depression, anxiety, hormonal disorders, or any other medical or mental health condition.
If premenstrual symptoms are severe, significantly affect your daily life, include thoughts of self-harm, or feel unsafe or unmanageable, seek appropriate professional or emergency support rather than relying on coaching.

Questions about PMS Coaching
What is PMS coaching?
PMS coaching is educational and lifestyle support focused on understanding recurring premenstrual patterns and exploring realistic routines around food, movement, rest, sleep, stress, and cycle awareness.
Can PMS coaching diagnose PMDD?
No. Coaching cannot diagnose PMS, PMDD, or another medical or mental health condition. Concerns about severe premenstrual symptoms should be discussed with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Do I need to track my cycle before a session?
No. Existing tracking can be useful, but you do not need months of data before booking. We can discuss simple ways to start observing patterns if that would help.
Will coaching tell me what to eat during PMS?
We can explore general, practical nourishment habits, but I do not prescribe therapeutic diets or replace personalised advice from a registered dietitian or clinician.
Can we discuss mood changes before my period?
Yes, we can discuss the patterns you notice and how they affect your routines. Coaching is not mental health treatment, so significant or concerning mood symptoms should be assessed by an appropriate professional.
Are PMS coaching sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are private and take place online.
